Stokes Township, Logan County, Ohio
Stokes Township is one of the seventeen townships of Logan County, Ohio, United States. The 2000 census found 5,367 people in the township.〔(Logan County, Ohio — Population by Places Estimates ) Ohio State University, 2007. Accessed 12 May 2007.〕
==Geography==
Located in the northwestern corner of the county, it borders the following townships:
*Goshen Township, Auglaize County - north
*Roundhead Township, Hardin County - northeast
*Richland Township - east
*Washington Township - southeast
*Bloomfield Township - south
*Jackson Township, Shelby County - southwest
*Clay Township, Auglaize County - northwest
The village of Lakeview is located in eastern Stokes Township, and the unincorporated community of Santa Fe lies in the southwestern part of the county, along the Clay Township border.
A significant portion of eastern Stokes Township is occupied by Indian Lake.
